Test instrument for testing the return pressure from PIEZO Common Rail injectors

Diagnostic set for piezo injectors in the new Common-Rail systems
built based on piezoelectrics, also for a new type of injector Delphi.

The advantage of the tester is that the
vacuum gauge on the test unit can be exchanged.
The required pressure range for BOSCH and VDO/SIEMENS injectors is -1 to +15
bar, for DELPHI injectors it is -1 to +3 bar.

Compared to the conventional common rail injectors, where we
examine the fl ow on „overfall”, in the piezo system diagnostics is
based on the test the fuel pressure in the pipes return injector.
Injectors are not necessarily draw to check.
Diagnosis allows you to:
1. Detection of a faulty injector.
2. Detection of damage to the pressure valve.
3. The detection of air bubbles in the system

1 vacuum gauge DS 63, measuring range -1 to +3 bar
